2. User account

3. Use of services

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and third party rights when using the Service. This includes obtaining any necessary licenses or permissions for the content you upload or distribute through the Service.

In no event shall vidfly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, regardless of the cause, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if vidfly has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
